Subscription Questions

How much do I save?

One Signature bottle saves 10% ($2.90). An eligible two-bottle set saves 20% total ($11.60), and an eligible three-bottle set saves 25% total ($21.74), compared with buying individual Signature bottles. The Triple Pack and Pupadour Bundle have separate pricing. Your exact total appears before checkout.

How often will my order arrive?

Choose monthly or every-three-month delivery when you subscribe.

Can I skip, pause, or cancel?

Yes. Yes. Sign in to your Pupadour account to skip, pause, or cancel. Your subscription email also includes a secure management link.

Can I change scents?

Use the scent-change request form below. Tell us which scents you want, and we will verify your subscription, confirm any price change, and update future deliveries. Your current selection stays in place until we confirm the change.

Can I subscribe to paw balm by itself?

Yes. The unscented Nose & Paw Balm can be subscribed to on its own, monthly or every three months.
